FTU System 3.3
Purchased in 1997, the FTU System 3.3 from Wafios is probably the most advanced spring production machine in the world - using the very latest in Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) technology. Weighing in at 2800 kg the machine is capable of producing highly complex springs and wire shapes including double torsion springs.

HIT-23MS
The HIT-23MS automatic spring coiling machine, purchased in 1996, has proven to be a valuable asset to Juraise and our customers.  Using 8 forming slide assemblies and CNC technology the machine is capable of producing complex coil and wire forms such as extended loop springs.

HIT-12MS
A smaller version of the HIT-12MS, this was our first CNC spring production machine purchased in 1995.  Today the machine continues to produce a variety of springs and wire shapes including extended loop springs, both German and English loop springs and cone shape compression springs.

HIT-8-CNC
The latest addition to the Juraise production set is the HIT-8-CNC comprising a special high speed cam for producing compression springs.  The machine signifies a continuing investment by  Juraise into high quality spring production machinery.
